Can you manage the refurbishment while I am not in the country?
Yes. RCB provides weekly progress reports, site photos and can arrange CCTV access where available. We are experienced in working with overseas landlords and investors who require remote project management.
How do you manage costs on a full refurbishment?
We provide an itemised estimate before work starts. We track costs against budget throughout the project. Any changes are documented and agreed before they happen. We do not present surprise invoices at the end of a project.
Can you convert a property to an HMO?
