ABOUT US

As builders we are aware that stunning design is as important as construction and we strive to do both, contracting only the best tradesmen in both areas. We want our clients, be they residential or commercial, to reside or work in properties that were lovingly built by us with their needs in mind every step of the way.

Cookie Modules Usage Policy

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your equipment (computer or mobile device) when you are accessing certain websites.

Why are cookies used?

Cookies are used for various purposes. Firstly, they may be necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the website. For example, without cookies, it may be difficult for the website to remember you are connected, or what products you’ve added to your shopping cart. These are called essential cookie modules. Cookies can also be used to analyze how a website is being used, to count the number of visitors, and to find out ways of improving a website. We do not associate usage statistics of the website and other reports with individuals. These cookies are called analytics cookiesThirdly, we use cookie modules for social networks to allow the integration of social networks on our website, offering you the possibility of immediately liking or sharing a page or a product on your favorite social media service.   A fourth important reason we are using cookies is to allow for online advertising, which can be personalized to display ads that are more relevant and appealing to you, both on our own website or outside of it. We do this by using advertising cookies(targeted). For example, our website uses Google Analytics, an analytics service offered by Google, Inc. („Google”) which helps analyzing the usage of the website. For this purpose, Google Analytics uses „cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer. The information generated by the cookies regarding the website usage – standard internet usage journal information (including your IP address) and the anonymous information regarding visitor behavior – are transmitted to Google and stored by them, including on servers from the United States. Before being sent to Google, your IP address is made anonymous. In accordance with its Privacy Shield certification, Google states it follows the EU-USA Privacy Shield regulation. Google can transfer the information collected by Google Analytics to a third party, when the legislation asks for this or when that third party processes the information on behalf of Google. According to the Google Analytics usage policies, Google will not associate the IP address of its users with any data held by Google.

How can you manage or deactivate the cookie modules from your browser?

You can manage your cookie preferences from the pop-up window from our website or from the browser settings. Most web browsers allow you to:

  • See what cookies you have and delete them individually
  • Block cookies from third parties
  • Block the cookies of a certain website
  • Block the setting of all cookies
  • Delete all cookies when you close the browser

If you deactivate all (our) cookies from the browser settings, it is possible that certain sections or functions of our websites to not work properly, because the browser may prevent us setting the necessary cookies needed for the proper working of the website. Thus, we recommend you do not disable the cookie modules in your browser.
